Today I pushed a simple update that added the date header to the reporting view.

Also, if you haven't noticed already, I have added in the quick sale UI to the top nav bar. This is only visible on desktops. It works exactly the same way that the SMS "Sale 149.99" command works.

Today a code update has been pushed to the live servers. This update resolves some issues we have been having and adds some refinements. The unanimous complaining about the web application logging out after fifteen minutes is a big reason that today's code update has happened.

Other items that have been resolved now are as follows.

1. The ability to charge cards over 1,000.00 dollars.
   
   
2. The ability to turn off tokenization of a card if you do not wish to capture the customer's card. This helps in taking virtual cards from Zelus Payments.
   
3. Users are no longer logged out after 15 minutes they are logged out after an hour of being idle.

Today's code update added the feature to update your password. I suggest that all users update and change their password when they log in.

Some small bug fixes include the following.

1. Removing the leading zero from the date on the PDF receipt.
2. The finish button now resets the start sale process.
3. The REST API has been updated to auto-capitalize the first and last name in the database. The User interface already does that but for some reason was not sending over the same info that was displayed on the screen. As far as the capital letters go. The name was exactly how the user input it. You could see this on the PDF receipt.

Stay tuned for the next code release which should have the reoccurring billing object and user interface to leverage that functionality.

Today there was a code update that is pushing a bunch of new core structure code for reoccurring billing. With this new architecture being added into the system today we will be able to build a user interface to add this new reoccurring transactions functionality and view for our customers to enjoy and use.

Today a code update has been released to have a better user interface feedback when a user is trying to tokenize a card. Previously, the user interface was not responding back to the user to alert them of activity status.

Today we have a code update and this page is going to explain in more detail what that means.

The web app has had adjustments to the UI for iPad screens. Making this software solution viable for an iPad user. In the future, we will be making an iOS app. Currently scheduled for the 2019 development year.

The last feature added today is the SMS receipt to the customer.

It looks like as follows.

Next feature to be released is email pdf receipt.

1. Fax your current merchant statements to (765) 233-8584.
2. We will fax or email your pricing and application.
3. Return application to us with voided check.
4. Await your devices.

Sometimes transactions just need to be voided for whatever reason. In our software, we expect that you will need to void a transaction at some point. So, we made it as easy to find as possible and just one click.

If a current batched has not been settle you can void transactions. Meaning no merchant service charges will accrue.

1. Select the location, device, and current open batch.
   
2. Then you will need to click on the red void button to completely void the transaction out.
   

The final thing to do on the last step is put in the amout of money. Based on all your other steps the run transaction button will light up a device or charge a card on file.

Start transaction will apear and if a device is used the device will finalize all payments and report back to the software.

On the second panel of the start sale the user must select a retail location and device to collect the transaction.

You can also tokenize a credit card from this panel as well. If the user is collected the credit card information over the phone. Every tranaction is tied back to a customer and returns the tokenized card to the customer profile.

If a tokenized card is selected here it will be automatically charged in the next step.

To start a sale click on Start Sale button on the left side navigation.

The first navigation screen is the Customer Screen.

We do have validation by default. Meaning that the user will have to enter a person's first name, last name, and phone number.

We are also integrated with google maps for speed and reliability.

If this is a returning customer search for existing customers. Filter by first name, last name, email, or phone.

Click select and the panel will be filled out. Edit and hit next to save existing customer information.
